Build a product catalog that works for both in-store and online selling.

Create a New Product

Purpose: Add new items to your catalog including pricing, stock, and categorization.

  1. Go to the Catalog
    Navigate to the Catalog section and click on the Products tab.

  2. Add a New Product
    Click the "Add Product" button located at the top-right corner.

  3. Fill in Product Information
    The right-side panel opens with a form divided into sections:

  • Basic Info: Upload Photo, Name, and Description.
  • Categorization: Choose Product Category, Type, Brand, Gender, Color, Form, Ingredients, and Certificates.
  • Pricing: Add SKU, Supplier Name, Measurement Unit, Supply Price, Selling Price, Markup, and Tax.
  • Stock: Assign to Venues with available quantity.
  1. Save
    Click Save to create the product.

  2. Confirmation
    A success message confirms product creation.

Be detailed with categorization to improve inventory filtering and reporting.

Q1. Can I edit a product later? Yes, you can go back to the product and update any field as needed.
