To record and manage all service-related sales like spa treatments, haircuts, or other service offerings, including edits, refunds, and invoice tracking.

Service Sales

Purpose: Manage, add, edit, and refund service sales like haircuts or spa treatments.

  1. Navigate to Sales
    On the main dashboard, look to the left sidebar menu and click on Sales page.

  2. Go to Services Tab
    Inside the Sales section, at the top or tab menu, you’ll see a navigation option labeled “Services” – click on it to enter the Service Sales view.

  3. Browse Service Sales
    On this page, you’ll find a list of all sales related to services like haircuts, facials, or spa treatments.

  4. Add a New Service Sale
    Click on the “Add Sale” button usually at the top-right corner of the page.
    In the opened panel, choose customer type, venue, and select the service(s) from the list to add to the cart.
    You can then proceed to apply discounts, assign staff, and complete payment via your preferred method.

  5. Edit Existing Sale
    Click on the Sale ID or open the three-dot (⋮) menu at the end of the sale row and choose “Edit Sale”.

  6. Issue a Refund
    Click on the Sale ID → open the three-dot menu → select “Refund”, and proceed through the refund process.

  7. Void a Sale
    Follow the same path and select “Void Sale” from the menu.

  8. Additional Options
    You can also share the invoice, and view both sales and client details directly from this tab.

Service Sales lets you track treatments and staff performance easily, and handle any after-sale corrections efficiently.
