Purpose:
Set client-side rules for online bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and time intervals to streamline appointment management and avoid last-minute changes.


How to Set Online Booking Rules

  1. Navigate to Settings > Booking Settings > Online Booking Rules.
  2. Configure the following parameters:

    • Client cancellation/reschedule timeline (e.g., 30 mins before appointment)
    • Advance booking range (e.g., allow bookings up to the next 2 months)
    • Reschedule timeline (e.g., 30 mins before appointment)
    • Maximum number of times a client can reschedule (e.g., 5 times)
    • Slot intervals (e.g., 30 mins)
    • Concurrent booking limits (e.g., 2 clients at the same time)
  3. Click Update at the bottom to save all changes.
