Anniversary Promotions
Purpose:
Celebrate client loyalty by offering exclusive discounts on their service anniversary, helping to retain customers and increase engagement.
How to Set Up Anniversary Promotions
- Navigate to Settings > Promotion Management > Anniversary Promotion.
- Enable the toggle to activate anniversary promotions.
- Configure the following options:
- Choose applicable services (all or selected)
- Set discount type (percentage or fixed) and enter discount value
- Define usage limits:
- Once per client
- Total number of uses
- Off-peak hours only
- Minimum billing amount
- Choose application method: Discount Code or Point of Sale
- Select the venues where this promotion should be active
- Click Save to apply the anniversary promotion.
