Anniversary Promotions

Purpose:
Celebrate client loyalty by offering exclusive discounts on their service anniversary, helping to retain customers and increase engagement.


How to Set Up Anniversary Promotions

  1. Navigate to Settings > Promotion Management > Anniversary Promotion.
  2. Enable the toggle to activate anniversary promotions. ann
  3. Configure the following options:
    • Choose applicable services (all or selected)
    • Set discount type (percentage or fixed) and enter discount value
    • Define usage limits:
      • Once per client
      • Total number of uses
      • Off-peak hours only
      • Minimum billing amount
    • Choose application method: Discount Code or Point of Sale
    • Select the venues where this promotion should be active

  4. Click Save to apply the anniversary promotion.
