Access Client Page from Review

Purpose: View detailed client info (purchases, activity logs, contact) directly from a review entry.

  1. Go to the "Review" section
    Click on "Review" from the main sidebar to view all reviews.

  2. Locate the Client's Review
    Find the review associated with the client you want to explore.

  3. Click the Client's Name
    In the review row, click directly on the client’s name.

  4. View Client Info Panel
    A right-side panel will open showing detailed info such as:

    • Client’s basic information
    • Activity logs
    • Purchased vouchers, memberships, and gift cards
    • Product purchase history

  5. Close the Panel
    Click the cancel (X) icon at the top-right to close and return to the reviews page.

Tip for First-Time Users:
Great for quickly checking a client’s loyalty, feedback history, or purchases while resolving reviews.
