- Clients feel heard when you acknowledge their feedback

View Review

Purpose: See and respond to reviews left by clients to build trust and maintain service quality.


  1. On the main sidebar, click on the "Review" section to navigate to the reviews page.
  2. Locate the review you want to view, then click on the three-dot menu (⋮) in that review’s row.
  3. From the dropdown options, select “View Review.”
  4. A side panel will slide open on the right side of the screen showing the complete review details:
    • Appointment ID
    • Date Created
    • Star Rating
    • Customer Comment
    • Reply (if a reply was previously submitted)
  5. If there is no reply submitted yet, an input field will be available to write a response.
  6. Type your response in the field provided.
  7. Once your reply is entered, click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the panel to save your response.
  8. A confirmation message will appear indicating the reply has been saved successfully.

Responding promptly shows clients that their feedback is valued and helps improve your salon's credibility.

No, but you can update your reply anytime by reopening the review panel and editing your response.
