Pick Date Range

Pick Date Ranges Easily

Purpose: See appointments for today, previous days, upcoming days, or pick a custom date range to view past or future bookings.

1. Open the Calendar
   On the main dashboard, click on Calendar in the left-side menu.

2. Find the Date Controls
   At the top-left of the calendar page, below the filters, you’ll see three date control buttons:

• Previous
• Today
• Next

3. View Previous Appointments
   Click the Previous button to scroll back and view appointments from earlier days.

4. View Upcoming Appointments
   Click the Next button to scroll ahead and see what’s coming up in the following days.

5. Jump to Today’s Appointments
   The Today button is highlighted by default.
   If you’ve scrolled away, click it anytime to come back to today’s bookings.

6. Pick a Custom Date Range
   In the center-top of the calendar, click on the displayed date (e.g., “15 Jun 2025”)
   A date picker opens. You can now select:

• A start date and an end date
• The calendar will refresh and display appointments within that range

Tip for First-Time Users:
This is especially helpful when you're reviewing past performance, tracking busy periods, or checking future availability.

Q1. Can I view appointments from last month? Yes, use the date picker to go back and choose any range from the past.

Q2. Does this affect my reports? No, this is only for viewing appointments. Reports are generated separately.
