No-Show Appointment

Purpose: Record when a client doesn’t show up. Important for tracking client reliability and blocking last-minute gaps.

  1. Open Appointments.
  2. Click ⋮ → Edit or From status dropdown
    noshow noshow
    • Edit panel → change status
      noshow
    • Appointment ID panel
  3. Select No-Show. nowshow
  4. Click Update.
  5. Appointment turns Grey
