Reschedule appointments
Easily move appointments to a different date or time while keeping clients informed and your calendar up to date.
Reschedule Appointment
Purpose: Change the date/time of an appointment due to client or staff needs.

Go to the Appointments section from the sidebar.

Click ⋮ → Reschedule from the appointment row.
OR
- Click on the Appointment ID
- Then click ⋮ → Reschedule from the side panel.
- A reschedule prompt will appear.
- Select a new date and/or time
- Click Reschedule to save.
A confirmation message shows the appointment has been rescheduled.
Tip: Avoid last-minute reschedules if your salon has a cancellation/rescheduling policy.
