Reschedule appointments

Easily move appointments to a different date or time while keeping clients informed and your calendar up to date.

Reschedule Appointment

Purpose: Change the date/time of an appointment due to client or staff needs.

  1. Go to the Appointments section from the sidebar.

  2. Click ⋮ → Reschedule from the appointment row. reschedule OR

  • Click on the Appointment ID
  • Then click ⋮ → Reschedule from the side panel. reschedule
  1. A reschedule prompt will appear. reschedule
  2. Select a new date and/or time
  3. Click Reschedule to save.

A confirmation message shows the appointment has been rescheduled.

Tip: Avoid last-minute reschedules if your salon has a cancellation/rescheduling policy.
