Unblock clients
Offers flexibility. You can easily re-enable clients without losing their history or records.
Unblock a Client
Purpose: Allow a previously blocked client to book appointments and make purchases again.

Go to Clients Page
From the Clients page, locate the client with the “Blocked” status. -
Open the Options Menu
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the blocked client's name. -
Click Unblock
Select the “Unblock” option from the dropdown. -
Client Reactivated
The client will now be reactivated and can use all features. -
Confirmation Message
A success message will confirm that the client has been unblocked and can book or purchase again.
Tip for Admins or Managers:
Clients are not notified when unblocked, but they regain access immediately.
