Appointment Update - Client in Message Center
Purpose: Automatically inform clients about appointment status like cancellation, rescheduling, confirmation, and reminders.

Go to the “Promote” section from the main page.
Navigate from the dashboard to the left-hand menu and select the Promote section. -
Open the “Message Center” tab.
Within Promote, click on the “Message Center” tab. -
Select the option titled “Appointment Updates – Client.”
This section handles automated appointment messages for clients. -
Messages will be configured for events such as Cancel, Reschedule, Confirmations, Reminders, and Review Requests.
These are the key event types where clients are notified automatically. -
Use toggles to enable or disable these messages as needed.
You can turn messages on or off for each event type. -
To view or customize the message content, use the preview/template button.
Click the template icon to preview or edit the actual SMS/text content.

Keeping these automated updates on helps reduce no-shows and keeps clients informed in real-time.
