Remind clients when their gift cards, vouchers, or memberships are nearing expiry.

Expiry Reminder - Client in Message Center

Purpose: Remind clients when their gift cards, vouchers, or memberships are nearing expiry.


  1. Access the “Promote” section from the sidebar.

  2. Go to the “Message Center.”

  3. Click on the “Expiry Reminders – Client” option. expiry

  4. This shows alerts configured to notify clients about upcoming expiry of:

    • Gift cards
    • Vouchers
    • Memberships
  5. Enable or disable based on preference, and use the template view to check or modify the message format.


Tip for First-Time Users:
Setting up expiry reminders can help drive renewals and reduce customer churn.

Not yet. All expiry types are grouped into a single reminder alert.

Replies aren't supported from reminders, but you can follow up through other channels.
