Purpose: Launch promotional campaigns for services, offers, and products to a targeted audience.

Navigate to the “Promote” section from the dashboard.

In the “Message Center” tab, locate and click on “Campaign Messages.”

To start a new campaign:
- Click on the “New Campaign” button.
- Choose the category you wish to promote (e.g., Service, Package, Voucher, Membership, Gift Card, or Promo Code).
- Select or upload a visual template (image or poster).
- Define your target audience based on criteria like age, gender, or client status.

Schedule the campaign and send the message via SMS or other enabled channels.

Manage existing campaigns, enable/disable messages, and preview campaign performance.
