Purpose: Launch promotional campaigns for services, offers, and products to a targeted audience.


  1. Navigate to the “Promote” section from the dashboard.

  2. In the “Message Center” tab, locate and click on “Campaign Messages.”

  3. To start a new campaign: message

    • Click on the “New Campaign” button.
    • Choose the category you wish to promote (e.g., Service, Package, Voucher, Membership, Gift Card, or Promo Code).
    • Select or upload a visual template (image or poster).
    • Define your target audience based on criteria like age, gender, or client status.
  4. Schedule the campaign and send the message via SMS or other enabled channels.

  5. Manage existing campaigns, enable/disable messages, and preview campaign performance.
